WHAT IS ‘AZRIM’?

Azrim is a fun name we came up with, which to us means quality, sophistication and value. We pride ourselves in putting our best effort for each customer, and every garment we make. Not to say, mistakes don’t happen but we don’t hide behind systems but are open and transparent in our dealing with customers to resolve any issues as and when they arise.

Fortunately, since 2005, we have serviced over 5000 customers who have trusted us for their suits, shirts and smart-casual wear for their weddings, business, graduation, travel and more.

Our dedicated service has helped us earn multiple awards, including the Western Sydney Awards for Business Excellence (WSABE) in 2016 for Innovation and in 2017 for our Customer Service.

We export to over 12 countries around the world, with a dedicated office in Sydney and Auckland for our AUS – NZ customers, who are the roots of where the business is from.

ARE YOU A LOCAL BUSINESS WITH ETHICS?

Azrim is a fully Australian owned business and company, with partners from New Zealand. We have grown from humble beginnings and not forgotten our values and ethics of being fair and honest.

We are big on supporting local community, projects and charities by giving 10% of our profits to aid those in need, especially women, children and environment work.

At our facilities in Thailand and Hong Kong, we employ tailors who are reputed but also give employment to women suffering from domestic violence, sexual abuse and trauma. So when you choose us, you choose a business that puts people before profit, and helps more than just one or two individuals.

H0W LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET MY SUIT?

We strive to get the suits made in the shortest turnaround, but between your first consultation and final fitting, it generally takes about 3 – 4 weeks. We do offer express service of 2 weeks for an additional service fee. In April – May, it may take a bit longer.

WHAT IS THE AZRIM 5-STEP PROCESS?

The full process can be summarised in 5 easy steps, taking no more than one hour of your time:

  1. Book an Appointment through our website and social media. We come to you at your home or office, at a time and place agreed with you.
  2. Get Measured in Person by our stylist consultant who will take over 30 measurements on your body to ensure we get you the best-fitting suit.
  3. Customise Your Garment with fully personable styling options that are designed to add the extra touch of class and finish.
  4. Confirm pricing, and payment options to ensure you get the best value on your money.
  5. Free Delivery in 2 – 4 weeks at your home or office with a follow-up fitting check included.

WHAT IS THE PERFECT FIT GUARANTEE?

In the past 15 years, we have improved our custom tailoring service from an accuracy of 60% to over 90%, whereby 9 out of 10 garments fits perfectly first time.

For those Custom Tailoring customers that do choose to make minor adjustments to get their garments fitting even better, we offer you an Alterations Allowance ($100 AUD – NZD) to help you achieve the best fit.

For our Made-to-Measure customers, we take care of any alterations post-fitting for no extra charge.

On the very rare occasion that the garment is unalterable, we will remake it, no questions asked – this is our guarantee.

WHAT IS THE ALTERATIONS PROCESS?

Azrim prides itself on creating suits that fit perfectly through our Made-to-Measure programme. On delivery if there are any alterations needed, we will cover costs of alterations upto $100, provided with receipt of alterations done. In Sydney (NSW, Australia) and Auckland (New Zealand), we will refer you to our personal tailors to service the garments at no cost to you.

WHERE ARE THE SUITS MADE?

Azrim suits are proudly constructed at our main production facilities located in Thailand and Hong Kong. We have our own team on the ground to manage production and ensure QC and we only employ export quality master tailors. The quality of suits we produce is vastly different to suits that you can purchase when you visit tailors in Thailand, Vietnam and Hong Kong – many can produce a suit in 24 hours!

Our suits are made using the best machinery, giving time to each garment with patience and hand-finished by master tailors. We export globally to retailers, wholesalers and distributors as well, using only the best materials and construction for an international quality garment.

HOW OFTEN DO I NEED TO GET RE-MEASURED?

If you’re one of the lucky few whose body shape hasn’t changed since your last order, then all you need to do is select fabric, lining and styling options and you’re done (approx. 10 – 20 mins). You can be comfortable in knowing that hundreds of customers annually choose the reorder option on their suiting and get perfectly fitted suits every time.

If you do know of any changes in waist and hips, then you can notify us at the time of order, and we can apply those changes; or in the case of Made-to-Measure to measure you again in person.

DO YOU OFFER “BESPOKE” TAILORING?

We have done ‘bespoke’ service for our customers but these number no more than 10 orders on an annual basis, given the time, consideration and effort required which also make it very expensive (beginning from $5000 AUD).

The term ‘bespoke’ is often used loosely by many tailors, but it is only true when you have input into ALL aspects of the suit’s design and fit, where you come in for multiple fittings, and where you are dealing directly with the tailor stitching your suit. All of this comes at a high cost and time input over many weeks, which isn’t feasible to many.

Looking at the best options from ‘bespoke’, we have designed our ‘custom-tailoring’ and ‘made-to-measure’ services, to ensure you get a better fit and customised look, at an affordable value in a quick turnaround time. We limit the number of styling options and fitting to make the process simpler. Instead of multiple fitting sessions, we achieve the best-fit via alterations (if needed). Needless to say, our clients are more than happy with the service compared to buying off-the-rack.

However, if you wish to control subtler details of your suit’s styling (e.g. button positions, lapel cut positions, pocket shape and dimensions, stitching colour etc.), we can do this too, but it does cost more as we are now heading into bespoke territory.

WHAT FABRICS DO YOU USE?

We don’t compromise on quality for price. Instead, we invest in giving the best-value garments to our clients at the most affordable price. Fabrics and construction materials used in making garments, especially suits are sourced from the leading mills in the world.

Cloths like Ermenegildo Zegna, Loro Piana and Vitale Barberis Canonico are our chosen suppliers, but we also get limited selection of fabrics from UK and other places in Europe. All of our cottons and silk is from the leading producers in Asia, with QC check and testing done on each batch. We work hard to ensure we don’t source from unethical or exploitative suppliers, and choose only the most reliable, sustainable and reputable fabric makers.

In the very rare case, there are any quality issues with any fabrics we use, we will do testing on the garment in question, and repair, replace and refund as per our Best-Fit Guarantee process, if we find fault in the fabric used.

We suggest customers follow our Garment Care instructions attached with each garment for maximum benefit and longevity. We are not to be held responsible for negligible care, or where certain dry cleaners can damage garments using excessive heat, or harsh chemicals.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU CONSIDER?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. In addition, we offer LayBuy® customers options to shop with us online, and take advantage of our exclusive offers. For customers in Australia, we have options to purchase through Direct Deposit into our business bank account, or by cash with our authorised Stylist Consultant.

WHAT ABOUT RETURNS?

Should your Azrim purchase not meet your expectations, you may return the product(s) within 14 days after delivery for a repair (first option), replacement (second option) and refund (final option).

WHAT IF MY DELIVERY IS DELAYED?

Azrim’s estimated delivery time and shipping fee vary per country. Your products will be delivered through high-quality courier services, and are traceable at any time. If there are any delays, please contact us on hello@azrim.com.au and we will respond back within 24 hours with a valid status update.
